Psalms 3
1 Lord, I have / so many enemies!
So many people are rising up / against me!
2 Many are saying / about me, "God will not save him."
3 Lord, you are like a shield / that keeps me safe.
You honor me. You help me / win the battle.
4 I call out the Lord. He answers me / from his holy hill.
5 I lie down and sleep. I wake up again, / because the Lord takes care of me.
6 I won't be afraid of / the tens of thousands / who are lined up against me / on every side.
7 Lord, rise up! My God, save me! Strike all my enemies / in the face.
Break the teeth of sinful people.
8 Lord, you are the one / who saves. May your blessing be on your people.

rise up 일어나다 : 한국말에서 일어나다라는 말이 '생성하다, 발생하다'의
뜻을 가지고 쓰이는 경우 이 단어를 사용할수 있습니다. 잠자리에서 일어난는 것은 그냥 rise, 혹은 get up을 사용합니다.
take care of 돌보다, 신경쓰다, 맘을 쓰다. 처리하다. : 사람이 뒤따라 올때는 그 사람에 대해 맘을 써주고, 보살펴주는 것을 말하고, 사물이나 일 등이 뒤따라 올때는 그 일을 하겠다는 의도로 해석하면 됩니다.
be afraid of ~ ~에 겁내하다. 무서워하다. : I am afraid of a god. / palying dodge ball(피구). of 뒤에는 명사나 명사구가 옵니다.
wake up 잠에서 깨다, ~를 잠에서 깨우다. : I woke(wake의 과거형) up at 3 am today. 이 문장에서는 말하는 사람이 깬 것을 말하고, I woke up my brother at 7 in the morning.에서는 말하는 사람이 동생(누군가를)을 깨운것이 됩니다.
# 잠자리에서 완전히 일어나는 것은 get up을 사용합니다.
동사와 전치사가 붙어서 새로운 의미를 이루는 idiom을 사용할때 주의할 점.
예를 들면, wake up에는 깨우는 대상을 말해야 하는 때가 있습니다.
Mom wakes me up at 7 every morning.
이때 wake up me 라고 사용할수 없습니다. me, you, him, her, them 등의 말은 반드시 동사와 전치사 사이에 들어가야 합니다. 반면, 다른 명사나 명사구는 중간이나 다음에 들어가도 됩니다. 이것을 익숙하게 하기 위해 예문을 만들어 입에 븥도록 연습해보세요. 적어도 50번 정도는....

1 My faithful God, answer me when I call out to you.
Give me rest from my trouble.
Show me your favor. Hear my prayer.
2 How long will you people turn my glory into shame?
How long will you love what will certainly fail you?
How long will you pray to statues of gods?
3 Remember that the Lord has set his faithful people apart for himself.
The Lord will hear me when I call out to him.
4 When you are angry, do not sin.
When you are in bed, look deep down inside you and be silent.
5 Offer sacrifices to the Lord the right way.
Trust in him.
6 Many are asking, "Who can show us anything good?"
Lord, let us see your face smiling on us with favor.
7 You have filled my heart with great joy.
It is greater than the joy of people who have lots of grain and fresh wine.
8 I will lie down and sleep in peace.
Lord, you alone keep me safe.
